Specifications include, but are not limited to: guidelines and a basis for the minimum requirements for the purchase of One (1) new Solid Waste Transfer TRAILER. If these specifications are not offered by your company, only a higher rating will be accepted. The bid shall include delivery to the Town of Orleans Transfer Station, Lots Hollow Road, Orleans, MA 02653. Bids must be received on or before 3:00 p.m. on August 12, 2021, at the Town Administrator’s Office, Orleans Town Hall, 19 School Road, Orleans, MA 02653-3699. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in this process that deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
