Specifications include, but are not limited to: guidelines and a basis for the minimum requirements for the purchase of One (1) new Solid Waste Transfer TRAILER. If these specifications are not offered by your company, only a higher rating will be accepted. The bid shall include delivery to the Town of Orleans Transfer Station, Lots Hollow Road, Orleans, MA 02653. Bids must be received on or before 3:00 p.m. on August 12, 2021, at the Town Administrator’s Office, Orleans Town Hall, 19 School Road, Orleans, MA 02653-3699. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in this process that deem to be in the best interest of the Town. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: These specifications are general and indicate minimum requirements and no way are intended to limit bidders or indicate any favoritism for a product.
