Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded consultant will be tasked with researching the BCC Career Services program to evaluate historic strengths and weaknesses. In addition, the consultant will be required to apprise themselves of existing arrangements, software, networks, and career advising activities that are presently available to students through the College, and externally. The reviewer will be asked toadviseBCContheorganizationalstructureandplacementofCareerServiceswithinthecollege’sorganization. The research will likely require interviews with various stakeholders involved with academic and career placement, including but not limited to: Program Advisors, Academic Dept.Chairs, and various Vice Presidents and Directors overseeing career services directly (V.P. of Academic Affairs, V.P. of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management, Dean of Students, as well as local employers, etc.). It will also be the expectation the consultant gather and incorporate external market data that details employment and internship opportunities available in the surrounding geographic area. The College will make available any known research, data, and current business partnerships available to students.
