Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Chelsea and Chelsea Public Schools (hereinafter “City”) is seeking a vendor for the purchase of School Library Books for four school libraries at the District’s elementary schools, middle schools and high school. School Library Books are titles that must include high-quality and high-interest works of fiction and non-fiction in English, Spanish and other languages. The titles available must be a combination of new titles, classic titles, and culturally relevant texts. All School Library Books require library binding, library processing and electronic MARC bibliographic records provided by the Approved Vendor. The District uses the Destiny Library Manager system. Textbooks and publisher exclusive-rights books are excluded from this bid.
