Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be required to provide maintenance, respond to service calls, perform Emergency Services, and make all other repairs to equipment and systems as described herein 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. The Authority requires that the Contractor have one certified technician dedicated daily to this Contract. The technician shall be assigned to first shift, Monday through Friday (including, but not limited to: Patriots Day, July 4th, and New Year’s Eve; and excluding Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). This technician shall report to 45 High Street at the beginning of the shift. The technician’s primary responsibility shall be performing maintenance on the Security System. The MBTA, at its discretion, shall be able to directly assign the technician other work assignments pertinent to the Contract.
