Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and all other things necessary for the preparation of 4,890 square feet of concrete floor slabs following the ACM abatement with mastic grind-off by others, followed by the installation of 4,890 square feet of 12x12 inch Excellon 20 year-warranty VCT, or equal VCT product, in various rooms and hallways at Merrymount School. "Or equal" shall be at the sole discretion of the City of Quincy. Color to be selected by the City of Quincy. Merrymount School has a passenger elevator that contractor shall be allowed to utilize to bring materials to upper floors of the building but its shall not overload the weight capacity or cause other damage to said elevator.
