as Program Fidelity Monitor (PFM) for its statewide network of Community Corrections Centers (CCC). CCC are community-based facilities that deliver treatment services such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address substance use disorder and decision making as an alternative to jail or prison. The OCC has Interdepartmental Service Agreements and contracts with sheriff’s departments and social service organizations for the operation of CCC. CCC are required, pursuant to those agreements, to deliver treatment services and other interventions with fidelity to Evidence-Based Practice (EBP). The PFM will use various methods including file review, direct observation, and staff/participant survey to determine the relative ability of the CCC provider to deliver interventions with fidelity to the EBP.
