Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MBTA controls 133 existing outdoor advertising structures, one of the highest value outdoor advertising portfolios in the Greater Boston Region. The MBTA requires an Outdoor Advertising Contractor “Contractor” to maintain and maximize the revenues of these structures. The term of this contract will be for 6 months from March 6, 2018 until September 6, 2018 with additional 3-month option(s) available at the MBTA’s discretion. The objective of the required service is to accept these assets on an “as is” basis, and to maintain the assets to an appropriate standard that maximizes their advertising revenue; structural integrity, lighting, and other supports in full working order. The contractor shall understand the Boston Designated Market Area “DMA” and possess the capacity to maintain the physical structures that support the static advertising program.
