Specifications include, but are not limited to: Target specific geographic and demographic communities where comprehensive available data (data suggested by the Health Connector as well as other sources of data identified by applicants) suggest additional direct to consumer outreach and in-person enrollment and application assistance is needed. Support existing member populations that may need to update their application or shop for a new plan during Open Enrollment periods and provide post enrollment support to members during closed enrollment. Assist populations identified as disproportionately underserved, most likely to be uninsured, or need support in languages other than English. In their response, applicants should outline how they are distinctively capable of reaching some or all of the populations outlined in the referenced reports below, along with their unique and innovative strategies for reaching these harder-to-reach populations.
