Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Name of Selected Grantee: Massachusetts Land Trust Coalition. MLTC is the lead collaborator and convenor of the 140 land trusts across the Commonwealth. MLTC’s mission is to advance land conservation across Massachusetts by providing education, tools, networking and advocacy for land trusts and their partners, which is directly aligned with the project goals. Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs needs data from the Massachusetts land trust community to update its Open Space data coverage. MLTC is exclusively positioned to provide the outreach, technical assistance, and quality control functions needed to ensure this data is collected and input into the Commonwealth’s GIS Open Space data coverage.
