Specifications include, but are not limited to: Greens: o Greens shall be triplex mown a minimum of 6 days per week during the peak season. Less frequent mowing may be done during off peak season as conditions warrant. Green heights shall generally be set at .120 and adjusted lower or higher as determined by conditions and best case practices. o Verticutting and grooming shall be done at a minimum twice annually o Topdressing shall be done at a minimum of 4 times per year o Core aerification shall be done twice annually and additional solid tine spike twice annually at a minimum. o Fertilization shall be done weekly determined by soil analysis results. o Weed control shall be seasonally based to control weeds and ensure greens are weed free at all times. This shall be done with pre-emergent applications. o Insect control shall be done seasonally as to prevent pests in the greens at all times. All chemical applications must be reported and at all times done within current regulations. • Approaches, collars and tees o Must be triplex mown 3 times a week during the growing season. Height of cut shall be .5 inches on a regular bases and adjusted based on best case practices and weather considerations. o Tee markers must be rotated daily. o Tee divots shall be filled with sand/seed mix daily. o Aerification of collars and approaches shall be consistent with greens aerification. o Core aerification of tees shall be done twice annually. o Tees shall be topdressed an additional 2 times per year and as needed. o Fertilization shall be done on average every other week throughout the growing season. o Weed control applications shall be done as needed to keep tees, approaches and collars free of weed at all times. o Insect control shall be done seasonally as to prevent pests in the greens at all times. All chemical applications must be reported and at all times done within current regulations.
