Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder will provide administrative support for all funds which the SILC may receive from any sources. The host shall maintain books (including an ongoing balance sheet, monthly and annual reports); make payments for SILC expenses, and perform other related accounting practices. The provider shall invoice MRC monthly and conduct an annual audit of SILC funds concurrent with its own audit. The SILC currently has an annual budget of about $156,000 which supports a consultant coordinator along with the activities of the SILC. This amount may change due to revenue from other sources, “roll-over” of unspent contract funds from the previous year, or other changes negotiated between the SILC and MRC. Should this occur the contract may be amended with the approval of both parties. The host will work closely with the SILC Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments and invoices.
