Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Located within Hopkinton in the vicinity of 88 Hayden Rowe Street 2) The owner must be able to enter 3-year lease. The School Committee will be responsible for utility charges, except sewer and water. 3) The property must contain approximately 5000 square feet of suitable office space, and additional dry storage for both records and equipment. 4) The parcel must be able to accommodate parking for a minimum of 20 vehicles. 5) Handicapped access must be available to the ground floor (if applicable). 6) Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components must meet the needs of the School Committee for the proposed use. 7) Handicapped accessible bathrooms for men and women must be available on the ground floor (if applicable).
