1. Trained personnel using current, acceptable lawn care practices shall perform all lawn mowing and maintenance services. 2. The contractor shall provide all equipment necessary to perform the work herein; grass cutting machines and associated equipment shall be appropriate for the size of area and standard of finish. 3. All areas to be inspected by the Contractor before work. 4. Any work performed in addition to which is outlined herein shall be done only upon written approval by the Town of Medfield through the Town Administrator, Assistant Town Administrator, or Director of Public Works. 5. During landscape operations all areas shall be kept neat and clean. Precautions shall be taken to avoid damage to existing structures. All work shall be performed in a safe manner to ensure the safety of the Contractor’s employees, the Town employees and the general public.
