Specifications include, but are not limited to: The resurfacing and sidewalk replacement on Gaylord Street and reconstruction of the Municipal Parking Lot for approximately 40 vehicles (located at the intersection of Bardwell and Main Street) in the Town of South Hadley, Massachusetts. The project will consist of milling and overlaying of pavement of the existing roadway, sidewalk replacement (only Gaylord Street), installation of curbing at Gaylord Street, installation of regular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB) located at the sidewalks near the E INK Corporation, installation approx. 900 L.F of a new water main along the south end of Gaylord Street and installation/replacement of traffic signs, markings and turf. Gaylord Street is approximately 2,300 feet.
