Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Food and Beverage Concession for the Yarmouth Golf Courses. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. It is essential that the Town retain the services of a professional concessionaire with adequate background to operate a food and beverage concession and related services, described herein, in a manner such that the Yarmouth residents will be provided with service areas that are professionally managed, expertly maintained, and properly staffed. Bass River Golf Course is a municipal golf facility with a rich history along Bass River. It is was design by the famous Donald Ross in 1900 and has outstanding features related to its proximity to the river.Bayberry Hills Golf Course is the newer of the Yarmouth golf courses, with an original 18-hole course and clubhouse added in 1988. A third 9-hole “Links” course was added on former landfill property just to the east of the original 18 in 1995. The facility now includes 27 total golf holes, a driving range, putting green, chipping/practice area, and clubhouse all on about 260+/- acres of Town property
