Specifications include, but are not limited to: MEMA seeks to determine whether the potential list of requirements below can be filled by your companies during a disaster. Requirement for vendor to supply up to 100,000 gallons of gasoline and 100,000 gallons of diesel per day within 24 hours of notification; 72 hours from notification, and with State approval, the vendor must have the ability to supply up to 200,000 gallons of both gasoline and diesel per day. Vendor must have the ability to simultaneously supply and operate up to 12 emergency fuel dispensing sites across the Commonwealth. The vendor shall operate and supply dispensing sites with gasoline and diesel fuel on a continuous and ongoing basis, 24 hours a day/7 days per week, for the duration of the emergency or disaster, or until ordered to cease operations by the State EOC Manager. Each fuel dispensing sites must: Be activated and fully operation within 24 hours of notification to activate from the Commonwealth (MEMA). Fully operational criteria is the ability to receive customers and pump fuel; Provide total fuel storage capacity of at least 7,500 gallons for gasoline and diesel in equal quantities; Have a minimum of six high volume vehicle refueling points (18 gallons per minute)
