Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Holden (the “Town”), acting through its Town Manager, seeks Qualifications from licensed architects, engineers, and/or consultants with experience designing and evaluating public buildings (the “Proposer”), to provide design services for a condition assessment of all Town of Holden owned buildings, including school buildings. A total of eighteen (18) buildings will be assessed. The condition assessment will include reviews of the buildings’ roof and structure, heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as well as handicap accessibility. The assessment shall include the development of a capital improvement plan (CIP) for each building.
