This amendment is created to incorporate the following:
As a result of the site visit conducted on April 16, 2025; 10:00am – 2:00pm the questions in the
attached document were submitted and a response provided by the technical team. Please review the
attached document (Amendment 0001 - SIR No - 697DCK-25-R-00210 - Q-A -Boston ATCT Center Consoles
Replacement) included with this amendment for a complete list of the questions and answers.
Additionally, please refer to the attached CAD drawing and Delivery Scheme Drawings 1 and 2 for
the access points for the delivery of the consoles.
Given the length of time left before the solicitation due date and responses to the submitted
questions, the due date is hereby extended from 05/08/2025 at 1700 ET to 05/15/2025 at 1700 ET.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the Design, Fabrication, Delivery and Installation of a Center Slatwall/Consoles system at the Boston Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). To support this effort the FAA seeking firms possessing the capability and experience necessary to provide modular slat-wall consoles for ATCT Cabs. Durability, efficiency, and flexibility are the keys to the effectiveness of the proposed Slatwall/Consoles system. The equipment must last through the rigors of daily use in an environment where the equipment may be in use 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Specific requirements associated with this effort can be found in the attached SIR documents.The responses to this Screening Information Request (SIR) will be evaluated in order to select the firm that offers the best value to the FAA. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals and intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this SIR.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 337214, Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing, This requirement is set aside for small businesses within NAICS 337214.

NOTE: There is a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 10:00AM to 2:00PM Local Time.
a. Meeting point. The sit visit will be held at the Boston Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located at 600 Control Tower, East Boston, Massachusetts 02128
b. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing via email to Hector L De Jesus @ Hector.L.De.Jesus@faa.gov. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding, or representation is expressly stated in the contract.
c. You are required to provide your company representative's name that will attend the site visit by no later than Monday, April 14, 2025, to Hector L. De Jesus @ Hector.L.De.Jesus@faa.gov.
