The Department of Telecommunications and Cable is issuing this solicitation to establish a list of qualified vendors to provide court reporter and transcription services. Successful bidders may be required to provide court reporting and/or transcription services, which may include but is not limited to depositions; arbitration hearings; judicial hearings, administrative hearings, public hearings, conferences and conventions. The contractor’s services may also be required via telephone conference or video conference. Transcription services purchased from this contract may be part of the above-mentioned court reporting or may be purchased separately. Contractors who only provide transcription services will be listed separately on the contract. Interested bidders from other states are encouraged to respond to this RFR.
