Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will assist Department staff with the following: 1. Planning for outreach to key stakeholders and the general public, including survey development. 2. Gathering and summarizing relevant information from national and other state frameworks. 3. Identifying and recruiting review/revision panelists and other content experts, as needed. 4. Planning and preparing for review/revision meetings. 5. Attending and assisting with facilitation of review/revision meetings. 6. Making recommendations on the revision of learning standards. 7. Revising and drafting learning standards and other parts of the curriculum framework. As needed, editing the work of review/revision teams to ensure a coherent final document. 8. Preparing progress reports, recommendations and related presentations. 9. Developing a public survey and other materials to support outreach during the public comment period. 10. Compiling and analyzing survey results and other comments received to inform additional revisions to the standards and other parts of the framework. 11. Assist with implementation planning for the revised framework. 12. Performing related duties as required and agreed upon by the contractor and the Department. The contractor will work, on average, approximately 10-15 hours per week, as agreed upon with the Department.
