Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies, vehicles, insurance, transportation services, disposal (and all costs associated with disposal), etc. in collecting and disposing of municipal solid waste (MSW) from selected municipal facilities within the corporate limits of the Town of Barnstable in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, codes, bylaws and regulations, disposal prohibitions, and waste bans. In addition, the Contractor shall furnish and maintain all dumpster containers for refuse at each municipal facility served and the Town will supply and maintain all barrels / solar compactors, as agreed upon by the DPW. The Town reserves the right to modify the number of containers, or size of containers, on a permanent or temporary basis, at any location.
