Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE: All labor, cleaning compounds, and maintenance equipment, including, but not limited to, vacuums for rugs (w/beater bar) mops, and tools. PARKER LIBRARY TO SUPPLY: Paper products, trash bags, recycle bins, and plastic trash liners. LABOR CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE: One person experienced in all aspects of Commercial cleaning as outlined in the specifications listed below. This same person shall be assigned to the Parker Library on a daily basis. CONTRACTOR TO ASSIGN: Regular Supervisor to the Parker Library site to serve as liaison between Library Director/Staff and Contractor’s place of business. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES - DAILY CLEANING All public areas, including the circulation area, mezzanine areas, 1922 building, reference area, young adult area, and the collection stacks. All six bathrooms are to be cleaned thoroughly as well as drinking fountains. The disposal of trash in all staff and public areas including the outside trash receptacle near the front entrance as well as the staff lunch room and meeting room kitchen. Front doors and windows should be thoroughly cleaned, inside and outside. Cleaning of floors and hard surfaces. TUESDAY/FRIDAY All office and staff areas are thoroughly cleaned. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES – WEEKLY CLEANING Dusting of specified areas including but not limited to lights, baseboards, and fixtures. Vacuuming of furniture Edge vacuuming Washing of interior lobby windows. Cleaning of staff lunch room and meeting room kitchen. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES - MONTHLY CLEANING Dusting of high surfaces, air vents, air diffusers, and collection shelves. Removal of cobwebs. Washing of interior windows excluding the 1922 building’s Palladian windows. Heavy duty cleaning of the bathrooms including, but not limited to the cleaning of walls and partitions.
