Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DES Case Tracking System will assist University staff in efficient processing, timeline control, financial invoicing and accurate reporting to DES’s clients. It will employ a business rules engine and work queues that are customizable to facilitate workflow based upon the contract terms, program needs, and client needs. The DES Case Tracking System will be hosted at the University’s on-site data center or in a third party hosting provider controlled by the University, at the University’s discretion. The selected Bidder will be given appropriate access to maintain, support and enhance the DES Case Tracking System. The University prefers that the Contractor have the ability to provide customer support and guarantee coverage between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm eastern time, Monday through Friday.
