Specifications include, but are not limited to: This scope of work consists of furnishing, installing, configuring, implementing, integrating, testing, providing training, and assisting in the maintenance of a complete CV Corridor system, including upgraded vehicle detection, traffic signal controllers and cabinets, intersection re-cabling, and fiber optic and wireless communications infrastructure. Wireless communication shall be utilized at the locations identified in the Concept of Operations (Appendix A). The team shall hire sub-contractors with suitable licenses to install the necessary field hardware. The CV Corridor system shall provide for adaptive signal control operation, where specified; broadcasting of SPaT data and shall be capable of future V2I connected vehicle applications such as Signal Priority (transit, freight, other fleet vehicles), Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP), and Probe-Enabled Traffic Monitoring.
