Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project Startup/Preliminary Documentation - Establish existing conditions at the cemetery, including grave markers and tombs, landscape features, retaining walls, and iron and wood fencing and prepare preliminary base map; 2. Documentation and Assessment – Working from base map and on-site inspection, evaluate existing conditions and identify conservation, restoration and site improvement needs. 3. Working with City, FOBS and neighborhood, identify and prioritize conservation needs and establish priorities, phasing and estimated costs; 4. Develop landscape and conservation plans, elevations and illustrations with goal of retaining historic integrity of cemetery and enabling the City to pursue funding for restoration work
