Specifications include, but are not limited to: construct 9 mural support structures from which several plywood sheets would be attached. The site is a strip of land that runs between Nantasket Avenue and George Washington Blvd adjacent to the building located at 181 Nantasket Avenue. The structures will provide support for murals of varying sizes. All nine structures will be 8 feet in height. Two structures will be 16 feet wide, three structures will be 12 feet wide, and four structures will be 8 feet wide. Each support structure will be constructed using two 8” x 16’ wood piles driven 8’ deep or to refusal. These horizontal timbers will be drilled and thru bolted with ¾”x14” hot dipped galvanized carriage bolts, nuts and washers.
