The City of Gloucester hereby solicits sealed bids from contractors to provide Plumbing & Heating Repair Services as needed in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 149. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for 2 additional 1 year periods at the sole discretion of the City.
