24056 - American Legion Exterior Restoration

The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #24056, for the Exterior Renovations at the American Legion. DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: “Painting”. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Thurs., May 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Bids will be available on April 16, 2024 at bidnet direct. There will be a pre-bid meeting on April 24, 2024 @ 8:00 am and one additional site visitation to access the interior of the building will be held at May 1, 2024 8:00 am at 8 Washington Street, Gloucester MA.   The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.  The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
