Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of New Bedford, Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the New Bedford Regional Airport herewith solicits sealed proposals for the management and operation of up to two (2) Automobile Rental Services Concessions at the New Bedford Regional Airport located in the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts. The successful bidder may utilize both counters for a single brand or for two separate brands. The successful proposer will obtain a license from the City of New Bedford for a period of five (5) years, to use and occupy two separate counters each approximately thirty-five (35) square feet of space, located within the first floor lobby of the Airport Terminal Building (hereinafter referred to as the “Premises”). The successful proposer will also be able to use up to thirty four (34) parking spaces, as designated by the Airport Commission. Additional spaces can be obtained for an additional fee based upon fair market value currently rated at $1,200.00 per space per year.
