Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Andover Central Purchasing Department, is issuing this Request for Proposal to hire a qualified person or firm to facilitate a youth flag football league and additional various sports programs. The Andover Recreation Department is looking for an organization to run our Youth Flag Football League. This would include children in grades K-7. These programs may include the following, but are restricted to: Fall Flag Football League for Grades K-7, week long sports programs vacations & summers, after school programming grades K-5, various seasons. Please see sample schedule below: Seven Saturdays in the fall annually: Beginning the 2nd Saturday in September – November (including rain dates). Grades K & 1 – 2:30-3:30 PM Grades 2 & 3 – 4:00-5:00 PM Grades 4 & 5 – 5:30-6:30 PM Grades 6 & 7 – 7:00-8:00 PM
