Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town is a recent recipient of a U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration grant from the Federal Government for the Town of Warren’s Wrights Mill Master Recovery Plan. This will center around the execution of a needs assessment for establishing the best opportunities for job creation, business attraction, and historic preservation through the redevelopment of the 600,000 square foot mill site. The Master Plan will allow for government agencies and private partners to methodically calculate and manage risk of infrastructure modernization including roads, bridges, water, broadband, and power. In addition, the scope of work consists of the completed development of the Wright’s Mill Master Recovery Plan.
