MOC seeks to procure a full-scale web design services, software, and support. MOC seeks to create a new website that will result in a uniform, user-friendly, and flexible application for the public, clients, donors/funders, employees and IT staff. The target audience for the website is existing clients and potential clients that live in the Montachusett region. The selected consultant shall design and produce web pages for the Internet site, provide design documentation and training to assist staff in maintaining and updating information on the pages and implement site with its host. The following is a request for proposal which may be revised in the future based on information received in response to this notice. Interested vendors are asked to include suggestions based on the following requirements and how they would help MOC achieve its goals. No additional specifications were given.
