Successful bidder must: 1) Be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to perform bacteriological and chemical analysis of potable water and shall attach a copy of the certificate to the Specification Form. The laboratory must notify the Water Superintendent in the event of a change of Certification Status. 2) Show 3 municipal references within the Commonwealth by providing the names of the Municipalities that are currently doing business with you and the name and telephone number of the contact person for each municipality. 3) Must be able to provide for emergency testing, weekends, and holidays and specify your procedures for providing these services and the location. 4) Certified laboratory must be within a 25-mile radius of the Town of North Attleboro. 5) Execute a contract with the Town within twenty-one days of the award of the contract, which can not be assigned, nor subcontracted, without the written permission of the Town Manager.
