Specifications include, but are not limited to:The project includes improvements include improvements to electrical systems including 480-volt equipment, HVAC starters, and the underground primary service to the facility; HVAC systems including air conditioning of the laboratory and Electrical Building and replacement of unit heaters; structural improvements including repairs to cracked and spalled concrete and railings at various locations at the facility; plumbing improvements including replacement of sump pumps and portions of the domestic water system inside the Process and Maintenance Building, architectural improvements including updates to the locker room facilities, replacement of ceiling in personnel areas, the addition of snow and ice guards on the Process and Maintenance Building Roof, and replacement of several doors at the facility; the addition of sprinklers in the Process and Maintenance Building; and demolition of the existing belt filter press.
