Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a comprehensive and efficient Uniform Management Program for the City of Madison FireDepartment. The resulting contract may be made available to other City of Madison departments,as applicable.It is the intent of the City to establish and implement a program that involves the management ofuniforms in terms of supply, inventory levels, quality control, user allowance, delivery, function,design, manufacturing and e-commerce. The successful Contractor shall provide good customerservice and acceptable lead times in a cost-effective manner.The City is also interested in a Web Based Ordering and Support program. Proposers who offeronline ordering should include program information, that can be specifically tailored to specific Cityagencies. Details should include a secure website, on-line ordering and account management,ability to generate custom usage and spending reports, information on on-hand inventory, orderstatus, and shipment tracking, etc.
