The tent and equipment rental services to be provided by the contractor will include, but not be limited to: • High-quality, well-maintained tents and equipment (tents, tables, chairs, barricades, etc. form the backdrop to some of our most photographed moments of the entire year; equipment must look at the part). • Ensure the timely delivery of the tents to the specified location on the agreed-upon date. • Trained and experienced staff for installation, maintenance, and removal of tents. • Adherence to safety standards and guidelines in tent installation. • Implementation of safety measures for adverse weather conditions • Collaborate with event organizers to determine the optimal tent layout based on the anticipated number of attendees and specific event requirements. • Remove the tents and associated equipment from the event site within the agreed-upon timeframe. • Vendor is responsible for conducting DigSafe measurements and pre-marking at least 10 days prior to installation. • Lay out protection to minimize damage to the grass by heavy equipment. • Ability to customize tent configurations to suit various event sizes and styles.
