The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Pile Repairs and Replacements: Replace (4) Class B Guide Piles, (4) Class B Support Piles, and (1) Class B Batter Pile, as identified in the survey report. Horizontal Bracing Replacement: Replace horizontal bracing and HDG hardware on bents #21-#27. Deck Board Replacement: Replace 50-75 linear feet of decking annually, using S4S dimensional lumber and 316SS screws. Ladder Replacement: Replace the existing emergency ladder with an OSHA-approved ladder, including handrails. Safety Features: Install life-rings with 90' of rescue line and a fire extinguisher in a weather-resistant cabinet. Fuel Line Marking and Valve Installation: Permanently mark the fuel line with maximum allowed working pressure and install an "EMERGENCY FUEL SHUT OFF" valve. Gangway Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the gangway, including replacing composite "wear pads" with HDPE/HMW and securing with galvanized lag bolts or through bolts.
