● Consultant shall work with the Holliston School Committee, Senior Staff and designated Screening Panel to identify the traits and management style desired in a new Superintendent. This item shall include assistance in developing the process for soliciting opinions both from internal HPS stakeholders as well as school community members, creating vehicles for eliciting feedback and compiling results and publishing conclusions. Consultants will present a written report to the Holliston School Committee with findings and recommendations from interviews and other information gathering efforts. ● Consultant shall assist the Holliston School Committee and Screening Panel in establishing selection criteria for evaluating Superintendent candidates. ● Consultant shall work with the Holliston School Committee and Screening Panel to develop descriptive documents for prospective candidates. The descriptive documents shall include background statements and expectations regarding the Superintendent position for prospective candidates, as well as marketing information regarding Holliston Public Schools for distribution to prospective candidates.
