Vendor shall provide for all day-to-day supervision, inspection, and monitoring of all work performed to ensure compliance with the contract requirements. The contractor is responsible for remedying all defects and or omissions to the supplies or services provided to ensure that said deliverables meet the requirements as detailed in the contract specifications. Meal Distribution Details: • Meals are for youth ages 18 and under participating in Parks and Recreation programs and at open park sites. • Due to limited refrigeration and heating equipment at these locations, only cold meals should be provided. • Vendors must deliver pre-ordered quantities to each site and remain onsite for 15 minutes to distribute meals for most sites, and for twenty minutes at the Foss Park and Founder’s Rink locations. • Orders and the final delivery schedule will be coordinated with the vendor and the City’s contract manager, Linda Duong (lduong@somervillema.gov,) Service Times: • Time Frame: July 7th and August 22nd • Breakfasts must be served by 10:00 AM for sites with programming • Open sites without Parks programming may receive lunch distributions after 12:00 PM, but a consistent schedule is requested. • If delivery delays occur, vendors must supply cold storage equipment (e.g., cold bags) to maintain proper food temperatures Linda Duong, Finance Manager (lduong@somervillema.gov ) and Jeremy Vallesio, Program Manager (jvallesio@somervillema.gov ).
