Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bridgewater State University (BSU) is seeking proposals for a cloud-hosted online comprehensive student housing management system created specifically for higher education. The university is seeking to migrate the current student housing software to a secure, comprehensive, cloud-based software application solution. The solution is required to integrate with multiple third-party software solutions including but not limited to: Microsoft Azure Active Directory SAML 2.0, Ellucian Banner Finance, Atrium, TouchNet, Persona, C-CURE, Lenel, and various parking management solutions. • Capability of creating a resident student directory/databank for roster and/or room selection process. • Ability to email/mail resident students via merge tools. • Full correspondence and interaction tracking and cataloging functions within solution. • Capability to make room assignments or allow auto room allocations. • System Administration with role-based access control and functionality (i.e., Audit, Security Access, Query). • Additional test and/or development environments provided beyond the production environment. • Ability to provide residents available room information for the purpose of requesting room changes. • Students should have the ability to disclose gender identity preference for housing.
