Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Westfield State University is seeking a partner to create, implement and evaluate a comprehensive, digital-forward, strategic marketing plan, for undergraduate and transfer enrollment. 2. Provide full scope of services from list source, inquiry generation, application, and deposit campaigns. 3. Westfield State uses Slate as its CRM to integrate with Ellucian Banner as its student information system. Bids should outline experience and expertise working within this specific environment and provide examples of how this integration has benefited other clients. 4. WSU future partner will provide a comprehensive marketing plan integrating multiple platforms including email, direct mail, texting, digital marketing, and social media. It will produce dashboards on a regular basis to show how these different platforms are integrated and work in synergy to maximize results. Must include click rates, open rates, and delivery success for email. 5. Proposals must include examples of persona-based messaging that would resonate with WSU’s prospective students and families and is personalized, measurable and data informed. 6. Partners are expected to report out bi-weekly with analysis and adjustments based on performance, behavioral scoring and completed campaign analysis. 7. The campaign will begin in the spring of 2024 with a target of reaching rising seniors, juniors, sophomores and transfer students for application and deposit during fall, 2024 through the application deadline, May 1, 2025. Expected date of admission is fall, 2025. 8. Proposals should include experience working with regional public universities and demonstrated success in improving conversion rates on inquiries, applications, and deposits. 9. Support Westfield State’s marketing of students through the College Board’s new Connections platform.
