The scope of work is defined by the Contract Documents (Drawings and Specifications in this Project Manual). Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Required Site Demolition and Preparation, including subsurface drainage and grading to achieve the proper finish grade for the new playground improvements. 2. FAC 122 playground installer of new play equipment and site furnishings purchased and stored by the Owner. 3. Preparation and coordination of subsurface for the installation of new playground safety surfacing as furnished and installed by OTHERS. 4. Repair of the existing black vinyl chain-link fence. 5. Different edging conditions as required and specified in the Contract Documents. 6. New asphalt paving with colored sealcoats as shown in contract drawings. 7. Planted shade trees, with loam and seed, including all disturbed areas.
