The contractor’s primary responsibilities may include: Virtual or in-person management training(s) with an equity and inclusion framework for approximately 30 supervisory staff covering topics such as decision making, delivering feedback and project management (tentatively February 2025) Virtual or in-person training(s) for approximately 40 non-supervisory staff on working with managers and colleagues on meeting expectations, setting goals and project management (tentatively February 2025) Preparation calls with HPC staff points of contact in the lead up to the trainings as selected by the HPC Ongoing support to the HPC as needed throughout the planning, facilitation, and wrap up of the trainings. Other related services as may be requested by the HPC. A successful response may address the Bidder’s qualifications for only a subset of these responsibilities.
