Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide swimming pool management services for the operation of the Andrew J. Petro Swimming Pool located in Southbridge, MA. The services shall include managing and staffing the pool facility for a minimum of six (6) hours per day during the annual swimming pool season beginning no later than July 1st in any given year of operation. Startup and winterization of the pool’s systems and physical plant shall be performed by the Department. The operator (vendor) must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the safe operations of a public aquatic facility including, but not limited, to 105 CMR 435.00 of the State Sanitary Code for the Minimum Standards for Swimming Pools and in accordance with DCR policies and procedures outlined in the Department’s Pool Manual.
