Specifications include, but are not limited to: Basic Snow and Ice Service shall include a base annual lump sum for 0 to 20 inches of snow (Service Standards B and C) and a total of 30 days of providing Service Standard A, ‘Basic Snow and Ice Service’. Lump sum shall be payable in six (6) equal monthly installments during the snow season. When calculating the lump sum payment, the Contractor should take into consideration historical snowfall accumulation throughout the Boston metropolitan area. Contractor shall provide three (3) prices for performing Basic Snow and Ice Services, one (1) for each of the three facility groupings: Pedestrian Surfaces, Plow Routes, and Support Facilities. Reference Schedule A for complete list of locations, facility grouping and locations where snow removal shall be incidental to completing Service Standard C. Please refer to Site Maps for specific areas at each facility where the Work of this Contract is to be performed. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing De-icing Materials for use at all sites.
