Specifications include, but are not limited to: Plowing Services will be normally be requested for 3” inches or more of snow. The town shall assign the contractor’s equipment to parking lots and streets based on the best type of equipment and the plowing needs of the town. The contractor’s equipment and operators must be available at all times, seven days a week, 24-hours per day, including holidays and must be capable of responding within one (1) hour of notification. -The contractor or their designee shall be available 24 hours by cell phone to communicate with the town for planned and unplanned snow plowing responses due to weather. A one-hour travel time bonus will be paid for each piece of equipment that responds to each storm response in a timely manner.
