Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 When authorized for removal, The Contractor shall begin snow removal operations from the parking lots as soon as all plowing has been completed. The contractor shall proceed with the work of the snow removal with dispatch using at least one (1) loader with a backup of another loader for use in large storms until the work is completed. 3.2 The Contractor shall satisfactorily remove all snow from the paved areas of parking lots including from between and behind meters and from driveway entrances. The Contractor is responsible for keeping all driveway entrances and exits, as well as sidewalks open to intersection crossings, free of snow at all times. The narrow walks behind meters, inaccessible for machine cleaning, shall be cleaned by hand methods. 3.3 The Contractor shall remove snow from the parking lots in accordance with a priority list approved by the Commissioners' representative.
