Specifications include, but are not limited to: plowing, sanding, hauling, removal and onsite stockpiling of snow. ; o 1 – 1 Ton dump truck w/minimum 9’ plow o 3 – 1 Ton pick-up trucks w/minimum 9’ plows o 1 – Front end loader w/10’ - 12’ bucket (12’ preferred) o 1 – Tractor w/bucket (Bobcat or John Deere preferred) for front entranceways o 1 – 10 Wheel Dump with 11 – 12’ plow and 8 – 10 yard sander ; The Contractor shall: Open all access roads to the site (s) first. Return and widen the roadway, plow curb to curb, clean the shoulders, corners, and widen intersections. Clear sidewalks using a bobcat, snow blower, or any means other than a pickup truck or heavy equipment that may damage the brick and concrete sidewalks. Thoroughly remove accumulated snow at building entryways; Clear all vehicle and pedestrian entrances and exits and remove snow banks that may impede access.
