Specifications include, but are not limited to: Exact areas and breadth of service will be determined during preseason walkthrough with designated customer representative. Marking of curbs and islands with snow stakes to be completed by contractor prior to first snow storm. Plowing of entire parking lot/area and clearing of all walkways to commence upon accumulation of 2 inches. At end of any “storm” (see definition below) parking area and walkways to be treated with customer approved concrete-safe de-icer in a manner that results in industry standard for pedestrian and vehicle traffic safety. Parking areas, walkways and exterior doors must be cleaned, treated, accessible and useable 24/7. Roof drain and gutter downspouts/outlets to be kept clear/free of snow and ice. Snow must be moved completely off paved areas – pushed behind berms/curbs. Shed and generator doors/gate must be kept clear, operable and accessible. Manner and timing of snow & ice management services to be communicated regularly and upon completion by text message to designated customer representative. Off site removal will be done by customer or otherwise on a time and materials basis as agreed to in writing between customer and contractor.
