Specifications include, but are not limited to: Device specifications (above ground traps) The traps must meet the following specifications: • Weatherproof, able to withstand rain, snow, sun, and wind • Has two opening for rodents to enter • Tamperproof and inaccessible to the public Function of Devices (above ground traps) • Trap, exterminate and capture rodents • Avoid using rodenticides or other toxins • Collect real-time data that is sent wirelessly to a monitoring dashboard • No direct electricity source required Device specifications (Manhole (underground) traps) • Must be able to fit in sewage/storm drain pipes between 4 and 8 inches • Must have at least 2 PIR (Passive Infra-Red) sensors for rodent detection. • Includes flood and temperature sensors. • During manhole inspections, the trap has the ability to disarms itself immediately if it registers light. Function of Device (Manhole (underground) traps) • Are installed in sewers/ storm drains. • Rodents are killed by the traps automated system avoiding the use of rodenticides or other toxins • Do not need any emptying, trap should be set to allow rodents to be flushed away by the flow of the system. • Collect real-time data that is sent wirelessly to a monitoring dashboard • No direct electricity source required
